You can request the cancellation of your workshop ticket and get a full refund, 7 days prior to the date of the workshop.

~Duration~
The amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days of the cancellation.

Mode of Refund: The amount will be refunded back through the same mode in which the payment was made.

Ash Calligraphy Design is currently shipping all over India and Internationally. At Ash Calligraphy Design, we understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition and on time. For this, we work hard to ensure your products get to you at the earliest.

All products are shipped out within 2-4 working days. Orders within Mumbai will be delivered within 4-7 working days, and all other orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days*. International shipping can take anything from 2-4 weeks.

Please Note – All the products in your order will be shipped together in one shipment, and working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

Free shipping within India for orders above Rs.1999. Shipping charge for orders below Rs.1999 is Rs 150 per order pan India.

At Ash Calligraphy Design, there is NO policy of return, exchange, or refund. Once the products have been ordered, they will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund unless the product is damaged, in which case an exchange or refund will be issued.

An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of it being placed, subject to it not being dispatched yet. The whole amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Ash Calligraphy Design does not offer Cash On Delivery.

Payments can be made with credit/debit cards, PayPal or UPI. We do not accept payments made via American Express Credit/Debit Cards.

*Orders outside of metro cities or in remote areas could take up to 12-15 business days.
